Nea Styra, a village between mountains and sea, can meet all the requirements of visitors. Hiking trips to nearby scenic destinations, sea explorations, tours of archaeological sites, traditional Greek cuisine, fun, good time, sun and endless hours of relaxation in spotless beaches.

The Styra municipality with an area of 188,583 hectares and a population of around 3500 people including the territory of Styra, the seat of the municipality, the former communities of Nea Styra, Almyropotamos, Mesochorion, Tsakaion, Polypotamos, Zoodohou Pigis or Reouziou, Kapsalos and settlements Elaiohori or Karalis, Nimborios and Porto Lafia.

Mount Kliosi (altitude 685 m) and its lower branches, creating an idyllic location in the region which will complement harmoniously laced beaches, the bays of Almyropotamos, Nea Styra, Nimborios and Porto Lafia at the Evian gulf and  Limnionas, Armyrichiou and Tsakaion at the Aegean.

The islets Stouronisia in Evian, seem to protect the bay of New Styra from the west. The biggest of them is ancient Egeilia. Further north, in front of the bay is the Almyropotamos Kavalliani, considered the ancient Glafkonisos mentioned by Plinios.
